I had cause to approach Anderson's some time after our carpet/vinyl installation for some post-sale support. I had an issue that I wanted help with that I thought was due to a faulty installation. It turned out my issue had nothing to do with the installation but was related to a plumbing issue. I wanted to write this review because the staff at Anderson's were so responsive and helpful. They called me back promptly, took my concern seriously and were supportive in helping me find a solution. I would have no hesitation in bringing business to them again next time I need some flooring installed. I highly recommend their company ethos and ethics – they really care about their customers.

I am very happy with the quality of work and time my job took. The new floor looks amazing and really brightens up the space. Thankyou to Hayley and Gary for the recommendation.
