We had used Andersens Aspley years ago when we replaced our carpet with vinyl planks. So when undertaking a major renovation this year we of course went back to Andersens. We were not disappointed. The removal of our old floor tiles and the laying of the Karndean planks was very professional (thank you Nathan!) and it is a real wow factor when people enter our home.

I had cause to approach Anderson's some time after our carpet/vinyl installation for some post-sale support. I had an issue that I wanted help with that I thought was due to a faulty installation. It turned out my issue had nothing to do with the installation but was related to a plumbing issue. I wanted to write this review because the staff at Anderson's were so responsive and helpful. They called me back promptly, took my concern seriously and were supportive in helping me find a solution. I would have no hesitation in bringing business to them again next time I need some flooring installed. I highly recommend their company ethos and ethics – they really care about their customers.

Robbie and the team at Andersens carpets Coffs Harbour have been exceptional to deal with during the fit out of two properties this month. One a rental and one a private dwelling.

They offer an extensive range of product from hard wearing options for the rentals and high quality for our private purchases.

We had some issues with one of their subcontract fitters but this was resolved quickly and professionally. It’s always when something goes wrong that you really find out the integrity of suppliers and on that front Andersens came through with flying colours.

We had a bit of a problem when we found the carpet we loved at Andersens but discovered the nearest store was 160km away. Thay are fantastic. Nothing was too hard. They adapted to our interior painting and removalists deadlines and installed the thicker underlay and carpets exactly as envisaged. The colour 'Blue Iris' was our choice and our house now looks like a very spiffy home. Special thanks to Robbie & to Matt for an awesome job. Thank you Andersens.

Our experience with Andersens, Dalby, throughout our renovations has been amazing. Staff are very helpful and know their designated field well. We had initially gone to Toowoomba to browse for bathroom tiles and window blinds however came back to Andersens as we had great choices and even better prices. For our latest projects we don’t even bother to get quotes but go straight to Andersens. Products and workmanship are of the highest standard. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

We recently had vinyl plank flooring installed by Shirra, one of Mike’s staff. The process took a week but WOW, what a great job. Everyone we dealt with were friendly, professional and courteous. Their quote was great and the follow up after the job to ensure our satisfaction was amazing. We cannot recommend them higher. We will definitely use them for all our future needs. What a 5 star service that I've received from Paul to lay my non stratch laminate and carpet on my staircase. Through his advise with colour and the layout, both the laminate & carpet were beautiful when it was ready. Once again we engaged Andersens to replace our flooring in the kitchen-family area of our home. It was a complicated job involving the removal of ceramic tiles and replacing it with vinyl tiles. Andersens have provided exemplary service. Provided expert advice on our timber flooring & carpets. They helped locate an expert timber floor layer and when we struck problems with our builder held the flooring in store for nearly a year at no charge. Ryan stands out for his friendly expert help. When there was a trim issue he personally took to me to wholesalers
making sure I got what was needed. All this at the best price in town. You will not get better service.

Andersens provided excellent service and a very fine product for a new kitchen and family room floor. Initial consultation and follow-up oversight from the salesroom combined with skilled, helpful and generally efficient installers to guarantee satisfaction. Clean-up and removal of waste was done pretty well. The finished job is all we could have hoped for.

We recently haf Panther screen doors fitted through Andersen's. The procees of getting a measure and quote, to the fitting of the doors was stress free.
Adam did a excellent job fitting the doors. All the details of how to look after the doors was explained in a easy manner.
