Where do I start?
With a free measure and quote. Someone local measures the rooms and puts a written quote together, and there is no obligation to go ahead.
Can someone come to me instead?
Yes. The in-home service brings samples to you, so you can see them in your own light and against your own walls.
Does Andersens install what it sells?
Yes. Installation is arranged through the store that supplied the job, by installers who fit floors and window furnishings for a living.
Which services are available where I live?
Most are available anywhere there is a store. Carpet cleaning runs in selected areas only, which the carpet cleaning page lists. Your local store can confirm: find it on the store finder.
Something is not right with a job. What now?
Talk to the store that supplied it first, because they hold your order and arranged the installer. What the guarantees cover is set out on the guarantees page.
