Sales Consultants

About the role and the key responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture relationships with past customers and potential customers to facilitate sales
  • Maintain a high level of customer service throughout the customer journey
  • Follow sales procedures designed to increase conversion rates and improve incoming sales interactions
  • Read and develop floor plans
  • High level of communication with customers in person, by phone and by email
  • Maintain a working knowledge of the company’s various products and services with full training to be provided
  • Complete administrative tasks, such as processing and recording sales

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • One to two years of experience in a relevant area of Sales or Marketing, {building Industry favourable}
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills and comfort with meeting new people daily
  • Familiarity with relevant software, including Outlook
  • Ability to contact customers, complete sales and manage other tasks independently
  • Time management and prioritization skills to meet tight deadlines and close sales in a timely manner
  • Willingness to adapt and implement new sales methods
  • Flooring experience will be advantageous.
  • Drivers licence is essential
