PROJECT GREEN

Andersens Project Green tree planting initiative is a forest restoration effort with a goal of planting 50,000 trees in the first 12 months.

Experts agree that reforesting our planet is critical if we are to reverse biodiversity loss and head off the worst of climate change. Because trees provide habitat to a number of species, store water, absorb carbon dioxide and release oxygen through photosynthesis, they are one of our best allies.

PLANT FOR THE PLANET

It is against that backdrop that we have just announced a major reforestation program with Plant for the Planet. Under this initiative, beginning in June 2020, fifty thousand trees will be planted across Australia, Africa, Europe, and South America.

Trees provide many benefits to our everyday lives. They filter clean air by removing carbon from the atmosphere, help curb climate change, and provide homes for thousands of species of plants and animals. Join the conversation on our social media channels and help spread the word.
