Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who make a qualifying purchase at a participating Andersens store during the promotion period. Limit of one entry per person, regardless of the number of qualifying purchases made. Ask our team in store how it works.
The prize
There are ten prizes. Each prize is one robotic vacuum valued at $500, RRP including GST, for a total prize pool value of $5,000.
Winners are notified by phone and in writing within two business days of the draw, and their names are published on this page.

Floors of Fame conditions of entry
The Promoter
1. The Promoter is Andersens Floor Coverings Pty Ltd (ABN 17 009 733 617) of 29 Western Drive, Gatton QLD 4343 (“Andersens”).
Who can enter
2. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who make a Qualifying Purchase at a participating Andersens store during the Promotion Period.
3. Directors, employees and immediate families of the Promoter, its franchisees and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
Promotion Period
4. The promotion commences 9:00am AEST on 21 September 2026 and closes 5:00pm AEST on 2 November 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
How to enter
5. To enter, an eligible person must, during the Promotion Period: (a) purchase $3,000 or more (including GST) of Nova vinyl plank product in a single transaction at a participating Andersens store, excluding installation, delivery and any other charges (“Qualifying Purchase”); and (b) pay the required deposit on that purchase by 5:00pm AEST on 16 November 2026.
6. Limit of one (1) entry per person, regardless of the number of Qualifying Purchases made.
7. Entries not completed in accordance with these conditions, or where the Qualifying Purchase is cancelled, refunded or the deposit is not paid by the deadline, are invalid.
The draw
8. The draw will take place at 29 Western Drive, Gatton QLD 4343 at 10:00am AEST on 30 November 2026 by computerised random selection. The first ten (10) valid entries drawn will each win one (1) prize.
9. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn. A maximum of one (1) prize may be won per person.
Prizes
10. There are ten (10) prizes. Each prize is one (1) Xiaomi X20 robotic vacuum valued at $500 (RRP, including GST). Total prize pool value: $5,000.
11. If the Xiaomi X20 becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may substitute a robotic vacuum of similar specification and of equal or greater value, subject to any required regulatory approval. Prizes are otherwise not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
12. Prize values are correct at the date of publication. The Promoter is not responsible for any variation in prize value.
Winner notification
13. Winners will be notified by phone and in writing within two (2) business days of the draw, and their names published at andersens.com.au/nova.
14. Prizes will be delivered to winners within 28 days of the draw at no cost.
Unclaimed prizes
15. If a prize remains unclaimed by 26 February 2027, an unclaimed prize draw will be held at 10:00am AEST on 1 March 2027 at 29 Western Drive, Gatton QLD 4343, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Winners of that draw will be notified in the same manner as the original draw.
Privacy
16. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information to conduct the promotion, including to identify, contact and publish winners. Entry details may be provided to regulatory authorities as required. Entrants who opt in at the time of entry consent to the Promoter using their contact details to send marketing communications about Andersens products, offers and events; consent may be withdrawn at any time via the unsubscribe link in any communication or by contacting the Promoter. Personal information is handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy at andersens.com.au/privacy and the Australian Privacy Principles.
General
17. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. The Promoter may verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry not in accordance with these conditions.
19. Nothing in these conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee or right under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, the Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage arising from this promotion or use of a prize.
20. If this promotion cannot proceed as planned for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may modify, suspend or terminate it, subject to any required regulatory approval.
