If you love to learn and have a passion for helping others, come join our team.<\/p>\n<p><strong>About the role and the key responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Establish and nurture relationships with past customers and potential customers to facilitate sales<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a high level of customer service throughout the customer journey<\/li>\n<li>Follow sales procedures designed to increase conversion rates and improve incoming sales interactions<\/li>\n<li>Read and develop floor plans<\/li>\n<li>High level of communication with customers in person, by phone and by email<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a working knowledge of the company&#8217;s various products and services with full training to be provided<\/li>\n<li>Complete administrative tasks, such as processing and recording sales<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications, Skills &amp; Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>One to two years of experience in a relevant area of Sales or Marketing, {building Industry favourable}<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Interpersonal skills and comfort with meeting new people daily<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with relevant software, including Outlook<\/li>\n<li>Ability to contact customers, complete sales and manage other tasks independently<\/li>\n<li>Time management and prioritization skills to meet tight deadlines and close sales in a timely manner<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to adapt and implement new sales methods<\/li>\n<li>Flooring experience will be advantageous.<\/li>\n<li>Drivers licence is essential<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A highly competitive remuneration package including commission is negotiable for the right candidate.
