Wood is a unique and renewable material. Trees absorb carbon during their growing cycle, and this carbon remains stored in products like wood flooring during its service life. Wood itself is considered to be hypoallergenic. Reclaimed wood is also used for wood flooring.

 Bamboo flooring is made from a fast-growing renewable “timber” (bamboo is actually a grass). It is natural anti-bacterial, water-resistant and extremely durable.  Bamboo has become a fashionable décor choice and Andersens have a wide range to choose from.

Tips on how to get scuff marks off Wooden Floors

A common concern for people who own wooden floors or are considering installing them is the care and maintenance – particularly how to clean marks off of them without causing damage. In this light, we’ve come up with a few little tips on how you will be able to get marks off hardwood floors using common household products.
