Andersons layed vinyl planks in our lounge, hallway and 2 bedrooms at the end of last year, we were assured that when we got the rest of the house done it would flow. They layed the rest of the house in August. We now have 5 joins in our house. I tried to ring 3 times and left messages for the owner to ring me. Never did. I rang a week later the owner Aaron answered, explained the situation, he said he would get back to me. Never did. I have sent an email. No reply. Very dissatisfied, disappointed in lack of communication and the look of the floor.
