We went into the Stafford, Brisbane store on the Saturday 8th of February.

The support and service in identifying what carpet would meet our requirements was very good.

We arranged for samples to be delivered and measurement to be undertaken the following Thursday. This went well and the the staff member kindly allowed us to keep our preferred 2 carpet samples overnight to have a better view in high sun daylight hours.

We were advised that a quote would be provided by another team member and would be available to us Friday afternoon.

It didn't arrive, so I contacted the staff member and was advised that the other team member would provide the quote by COB Monday.

6 pm Tuesday, we have just sent an email to Carpet One Stafford asking them to move ahead with the installation of their carpet on the 11th of March.

Our requirement was for 3 bedrooms which equated to about 14.5 lineal metres.

Can't understand why it has been so difficult to get a quote.
