Went into Gympie Andersons store on Thursday 22/08/24 @ 3:45pm to by some expansion joints to connect tiles and floor boards, customer service was extremely poor starting with taking phone call I'm between my service and I was told that I wasn't able to buy them expansion joints from them because I didn't by the floor boards through them, I then explained that someone had a better deal thats why I didn't buy through them and asked i if could just buy and order them and they will make a sale, the women then spoke down to me and said I wouldn't be able to afford the delivery fee. I explained to her that the delivery fee wouldn't be a problem and that it was for an investment property and will be a tax write off, she once again said that the delivery fee would be too much and told me to look else where. I asked her what the delivery fee was, and she didn't know and refused to check for me, clearly this woman is not working in the company's best interest to satisfy customers and turn a profit.
